If you are not delighted with your purchase, we ask that you return the item within 30 days, and we will gladly replace it or give you a voucher to the value of the product, given that it is returned in the same condition/packaging.
You can return the item via courier or in-person. The cost for return will not be covered by Petit Love.
No returns or exchanges are allowed for sales items.
*Please note, all vouchers issued are valid for 60 days from the date of issue.
Please note for Petit Rooms: the fabrics, materials and wood used to create furniture pieces may vary in colour due to the nature of their character. Should you wish to receive an exact sample of the wood used on your item, we'd be thrilled to provide with one upon request before the build begins.
Please note for Competitions: Winners will be chosen at random and contacted within 28 days of the competition ending to arrange delivery. Each competition will start immediately, unless a later start date/time is specified. The closing date/time for a competition will be made clear in the specific rules. Should you choose to enter a Petit Love competition, you must be 18+ years or older and understand these terms and conditions. Please be aware that the prize / prizes may be shown in imagery for illustrative purposes only, and may vary in colour and detail, depending on stock availability. You will however, be made aware of any changes prior to receiving your prize. Each prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. Should you fail to claim your prize, or share your contact details, within 30 days of our initial contact, you will forfeit your prize and we will choose a new winner.
Consumables: Should you order a perishable item and you have had a change of mind, you will not be able to return the item. Whilst we do our utmost to provide as much information on a product and only list quality products, we are unfortunately not able to refund or exchange items if it was merely not to your personal taste preference. This is due to public and food safety regulations. This does not include products that have arrived damaged or expired. We will replace or refund when we or the supplier are at fault, according to our Refund Policy.
